This is Dr. Tamal Mondal, hailing from the City of Joy, Kolkata, West Bengal, India & presently doing research as Scientist-D at Zoological Survey of India, Kolkata after spending 14 years in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands for the research works.

EDUCATION

Completed primary schooling from Bawali Primary School & completed education up to 12th standard from Bawali High School. Received Graduate Degree from Budge Budge College under University of Calcutta & Post Graduate Degree from Vidyasagar College, Kolkata under University of Calcutta. Received Ph.D. Award from Pondicherry Central University and carried out Doctoral Studies in Zoological Survey of India, ANRC, Port Blair.
